The story is set at “Hinode Enpitsu”, a stationery manufacturer with a long history. Despite its glorious achievements and image, there have been voices from the employees, who say that the Sales and Product Development departments are treated with high respect and priority, whereas the staff from the HR department are constantly looked down upon by others. Hitomi Ren is a HR expert who has been headhunted from an overseas company to join “Hinode Enpitsu”, together with Mano Naomi, they work together to change the company and face the “problems of modern people”.
